This policy explains what information Omira Mart collects when you use omiramart.in or order from us, and how it is used. Omira Mart is a sole proprietorship owned by Missbah Jahan Mahaboob Ulla Khan, and is responsible for your data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information We Collect

  • Order details: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and pincode, the products you order and your order history.
  • Payment proof: the UPI payment screenshots you send on WhatsApp so we can verify your payment. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank account details or UPI PINs.
  • Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or email.
  • Referral details: the phone number of the person who referred you, if you enter one at checkout.
  • Browsing information: the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and cookies (see below).

How We Use It

  • To verify payments, process, pack and deliver your orders.
  • To send order confirmations, delivery updates and tracking links.
  • To handle cancellations, returns, refunds and referral rewards.
  • To answer your questions and resolve complaints.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To prevent fraud, including fake orders and misuse of offers.

Offers and Updates

We send offers and new-arrival updates only if you tick the opt-in box at checkout. The box is never ticked for you. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing support@omiramart.in. Order and delivery messages are sent whether or not you opt in.

Cookies and Tracking

Our site uses cookies and your browser’s local storage to keep your cart, remember the pincode you entered and keep you signed in. We also use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to understand site traffic, and the Meta Pixel to measure our Instagram and Facebook ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.

Who We Share It With

We share only what is needed to run your order: delivery details with Shiprocket and its courier partners; site data with our hosting provider, Hostinger; email with Zoho Mail; and usage data with Google and Meta as described above. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and delete or anonymise other personal information when it is no longer needed.

Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent you have given us, by emailing support@omiramart.in. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
