Omira Mart ships across India. Delivery time and charges depend on your pincode. Enter your pincode on any product page to see what applies to you.

Delivery Areas, Charges and Timelines

  • Local delivery area (pincode 603202): free delivery on every order. Orders confirmed by 9 PM are delivered the next day by our own team, 7 days a week, including Sundays. Orders confirmed after 9 PM are delivered the day after.
  • Rest of Tamil Nadu: orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive 2–4 days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive 4–8 days after dispatch.
  • Delivery charge and offer (outside our local area): the courier charge is calculated by weight and pincode, and we pay part of it for you. Orders below ₹799 get ₹50 off the delivery charge. Orders of ₹799 and above get up to ₹100 off. For example, a ₹150 courier charge becomes ₹100 on an order below ₹799, and ₹50 on an order of ₹799 or more. If the courier charge is ₹100 or less, delivery is free on orders of ₹799 and above. The offer applies automatically, and the final delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

When Your Order Is Processed

An order is confirmed only after payment is verified: the full UPI payment, or the 15% UPI advance for Cash on Delivery orders. Delivery timelines start from confirmation, not from the time the order is placed.

Courier and Tracking

Orders outside our local area are shipped through courier partners via Shiprocket. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link on WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Delays

Courier timelines are estimates. Weather, festivals, strikes or remote locations can cause delays outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will follow it up with the courier.

Wrong Address or Missed Delivery

Please check your address, pincode and phone number before placing the order. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because the customer is unreachable, re-delivery charges may apply.
