These terms apply to anyone who visits omiramart.in or places an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

  • We try to show colours and details accurately. Slight differences may appear because of screen settings and lighting.
  • Measurements are listed on each product page. Please check them before ordering.
  • Stock is limited, often one piece per colour and size. If an item sells out before your payment is verified, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

Prices and Offers

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Offers apply automatically at checkout. Only one offer applies per order. Delivery offers apply in addition to this.
  • We may change prices or end offers at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Orders that misuse offers or referrals, including self-referrals, may be cancelled.

Payment and Order Confirmation

  • You can pay fully by UPI, or choose Cash on Delivery with a 15% advance paid by UPI. The balance is paid on delivery.
  • After paying, send your payment screenshot on WhatsApp. Your order is confirmed only after we verify the payment.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if the payment cannot be verified or if the details provided appear incorrect.

Shipping, Cancellations and Returns

Delivery, cancellation, return and refund terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. These form part of these terms.

Your Account and Use of the Site

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for providing correct contact and delivery information. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorisation or copy its content, photos or design without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, natural events or network outages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu.
